Work in Progress |
A journey of training and hopefully transforming! After taking up running mid 2011, I fell in love with it and hope to share my passion with others! When I started I couldn't run a bath! But now I can say I have completed several races including the Great North Run and have signed up for many more in 2012. |
7.30am start for our ‘insanity’ session, we started by doing 30mins of intense cardio - push ups are still my enemy and had to do them on my knees I can’t do big boy press ups … yet! We then went on to intense abs and that was super hard the lower oblique planks were a killer (search YouTube for insanity workout and you will see what I mean by hard)!!
I didn’t feel as in pain as I have the past two days and felt quite good afterwards - no sickness or dizziness so I’m either not trying hard enough or my body is adjusting and getting fitter!
Diet has been pretty spot on apart from 2 biscuits tonight but I was feeling tired and rubbish and they were lush so I dot feel guilty!!! Ok maybe a little bit - but I’m weak!
6am start tomorrow so got to be up super early and then work Christmas party, not that I think I’ll last very long but I’m going to enjoy it!
