A journey of training and hopefully transforming! After taking up running mid 2011, I fell in love with it and hope to share my passion with others! When I started I couldn't run a bath! But now I can say I have completed several races including the Great North Run and have signed up for many more in 2012. |
I have so much to be thankful for in 2011! I’ve lost weight, finished the first year of my degree, started running and completed a few races, and I’ve had amazing people beside me all the way :)
2011 has been good but I think 2012 can be even better! I’m not making new years resolutions but new years goals, things I want to work towards and achieve. I’ve posted some of my goals previously but my main aim for 2012 is to get fitter, faster and healthier!
In 2012 I have 3 half marathons and whilst I would love sub 2hrs my goal for 2012 is sub 2hr20mins. I would also like to get as close a I can to 25min 5km and under an hour for a 10km. I would like to lose another 1st 7lbs (ish) and do some cross training to make me even stronger!
