A journey of training and hopefully transforming! After taking up running mid 2011, I fell in love with it and hope to share my passion with others! When I started I couldn't run a bath! But now I can say I have completed several races including the Great North Run and have signed up for many more in 2012. |
Last night at the mighty TBH we did 7x2mins it was tough but I felt good and strong and pushed myself to keep going, looking at my Garmin I can see I pushed hard to start and got slower as the 2 mins went on for the future I’m going to aim to stay at same pace or get faster. Always looking to do better!
Feels fantastic to be back running and whilst this is only my second week back into it properly I’ve already done some tough sessions and put quite a few miles in :) next week I plan to focus more on my food and get some more cross training in.
Tomorrow is my first cross country for TBH and whilst I’m quite nervous I’m also really excited! One of the greatest things about TBH is that you feel part of the club and regardless of how fast or slow you are the fact you are out there and doing it is enough :) I have my new snazzy spikes to wear as well which just makes the day even better!
